Is it easy to return items?
So easy! Just enter your email address above, tell us what items you are returning, and ship the items back to us. Please send your original order form along with your return for faster processing!
Can I make an exchange?
We are now happy to offer an exchanges! Customers can request an exchange for the same item in a different size or color, given inventory and availability. Please keep in mind exchange items are not reserved until the original item has been placed in the mail. Customers MUST use our Return Center to process an exchange, and shipping is included for all exchange orders!
Do you provide a return shipping label?
Yes! Once you enter your email address above and find the items you want to return, you will be given the option of having a return shipping label created for you. If you create a shipping label through our Returns Center, $7 will automatically be deducted from your refund total to cover the cost. Your shipping label will be issued through United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). Find your nearest UPS or Post Office drop off location, then sit back and relax!
Do not create a shipping label through our Returns Center if:
- You are shipping an order back to us from an APO address
- You are shipping an order from outside the US
Can I print my own shipping label?
Of course! We recommend using a known carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex with a tracking number to ensure your package is not lost. Please note that this shipping cost will not be refunded.
How soon will my refund be processed?
Returns will be processed within 5-8 business days (Mon-Fri, not including holidays) after we receive your package. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Depending on your method of payment, it may take up to an additional 14 days to see the amount returned to your account.
What items can be returned?
Any item not marked Final Sale can be returned as long as it is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with original tags attached and it falls within the return period. We reserve the right to refuse any returns received 30 days after the post marked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return.
What items are considered Final Sale?
- Items with prices ending in .49
- Black Friday Sale items
- Warehouse Sale items
- Promotional items
- Accessories (e.g. hats, handbags, socks, sunglasses, scarves)
- Jewelry (e.g. necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings)
Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. However, in the event you receive an incorrect or defective item from us, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start the replacement process.
